5. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features may require a subscription. Billing, renewal, and cancellation terms are defined by the store (Google Play/App Store) and policies shown in the app.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is". We strive to maintain availability and quality but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Limpify team is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the app.
